After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.
Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item in our Warehouse to process your return. Refunds may take 1 – 2 billing cycles, (Our Billing Cycle is about 7 days), to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your Credit Card Company.
We will not issue Refunds for the Order Processing Fee and Purchase Processing Fees. These are non-refundable fees incurred with processing your Payment and Order.
Please note that we cannot process refunds for Orders that are in Transit. If you Cancel your Order while it’s in Transit, we will have to wait for the Delivery to the Final Destination and you can Submit a Return and Refund Request Instead.
